Do you need vaccinations?

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will need to visit NaTHNaC 

These are how long that the vaccinations we offer last for:

Typhoid 3 years.

Hepatitis A 1 year cover from 1 dose .

Hepatitis A if had 2 vaccines 25 years from 2nd dose .

Revaxis - Tetanus , Dptheria and Polio 10 years .

 

 

We can only offer travel vaccinations that are covered by the NHS. When you contact the practice, reception will advise you to visit NaTHNaC or contact a travel clinic to find out the necessary information and what travel vaccinations are required. If you need travel vaccinations that are covered by the NHS please contact reception and tell them which travel vaccinations you need. Please note we are not able to give any travel information over the phone. 

We require a minimum of 8 weeks notice before you intend to travel. This gives us time to arrange your appointment and make sure you have had your vaccinations within the appropriate time before you travel. 

Please note that we do not offer any private travel vaccines. If you require any vaccines that are not covered by the NHS you will need to search for your nearest Travel Clinic. For more information please visit www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk
